Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County Fund

Originally founded by Karlys Kline as a component of the Community Foundation, Women’s Giving Circle of Frederick County, Inc. became an independent 501(c)(3) charitable organization in 2026.

Women’s Giving Circle members who wish to make membership, annual, or recurring contributions should give directly to the Women’s Giving Circle at www.frederickwgc.org.

This page is for contributions to The Women’s Giving Circle Endowment Fund held by The Community Foundation of Frederick County. Endowment gifts are invested to provide long-term financial support to the Women’s Giving Circle through limited annual distributions.
