Founded by an anonymous donor in memory of Ric Blackman to provide support to the Frederick County Humane Society, Inc.

When Ric’s younger brother Mike passed away 15 years ago, Ric began giving a donation to the Humane Society every year in his brother’s memory; he continued this until his own death. The donor started this fund, which will allow this tradition of support to continue forever.
