Founded by Scott and Marie Elena Fraley in memory of his parents to provide grants to Frederick County nonprofits.

Lewis and Clara Fraley epitomized the word “devotion” during their 44-year marriage. They were devoted to each other, their family and friends, and to helping people. Mr. and Mrs. Fraley raised two sons, helped with their church youth group and worked hard at their jobs – Lewis as a plumber for 25 years, Clara as a church secretary. To honor the memory of his parents, their son Scott and his wife Marie Elena Fraley established The Lewis and Clara Fraley Memorial Fund. This donor advised fund provides grants to Frederick County nonprofits.
