James W. Houck Memorial Scholarship Fund

Founded by parents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Houck for Brunswick High School graduating seniors.

James W. Houck graduated from Brunswick High School in 1991 then later earned a business degree from Frederick Community College. At the time of his accidental death, he was working as the parts manager at Shenandoah Motors in Front Royal, Virginia. In honor of their son, Robert and Virginia Houck established The James W. Houck Memorial Scholarship Fund. This Fund speaks to aspects of Mr. Houck’s life in a loving tribute. The scholarship recipients must be a graduating senior from Brunswick High School. The applicant must be enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution of his or her choice.
