I understand The Community Foundation of Frederick County, Inc. may photograph or record activities in which I may be participating in and around the meetings and events. I consent to the Community Foundation's photographing and recording of my image and voice and the Community Foundation's use of such photographs and recordings for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to training, educational, fundraising, advertising, and publicity purposes.
